The Scope ðŸ”
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a critical role in expanding our user base by bringing potential AI teams, research labs, and companies aboard. You’ll have a direct impact on the growth of the company by managing our outbound lead pipeline and identifying sales opportunities. You’ll be working directly with our account executives to:
- Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to new and existing users, to identify new opportunities and engage potential clients in enterprise/large-company settings
- Prospect and source leads through various channels such as emails, outbound calling, and other developer networks
- Improve our CRM database by researching and logging intelligence/information of key leads and account
- Conduct high-level qualification conversations with Senior Executives in complex enterprise companies
- Efficiently manage a high volume of both outbound and inbound communications and demos
- Ability to write highly-tailored and personalized cold outbound messaging to book meetings with target personas
This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and variable compensation based on lead conversion, pipeline generation, and quota attainment. This role comes with a merit-based progression path towards an Account Executive (AE) position.

- Relevant Experience in AI, Computer Vision, or SaaS Technologies
- Clear and proven track record of top performance as an BDR against your quota
- Clear track record as a top performer against your peers
- Excellent outbound phone and email communication skills
- 2-3+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced Enterprise Software or technical environment
